How is your apprenticeship going?

My apprenticeship is going well and I’m loving the opportunity. It’s all I thought it would be and more. I’m happy with the path I see ahead for me.

Do you enjoy working in CBRE GWS?
Yes, very much! I enjoy attending college as I’ve met new friends on my course. But also enjoy being able to work on site as I feel a great sense of achievement every time I complete a task or learn something new.

Is your team supportive?

My team is very supportive. My manager is a huge help and everyone I work alongside teaches me new skills daily.

Why did you choose an Apprenticeship?
I weighed up the pros and cons and decided an apprenticeship was the best thing for me because I can work and earn at the same time alongside gaining a qualification.

How is your apprenticeship going?

The apprenticeship is going well and I'm nearly finished. Due to COVID-19, the Gas Safe test and assessments have been put on hold. But hopefully when colleges open up again, I'll be able to get booked in sooner rather than later!

Do you enjoy working in CBRE GWS?
I do enjoy working for CBRE GWS and I look forward to a continued career with the company.

Is your team supportive?

My team is really supportive! I have lots of colleagues who have plenty of knowledge and experience. Also, my manager has, and continues to, work extremely hard and further supports the team with any issues we may have.

Why did you choose an Apprenticeship?
I chose an apprenticeship as I've always been a hands-on guy and could always see myself working in a trade, so this apprenticeship presented the perfect opportunity for me to learn and gain qualifications at the same time.
