About the programme
CBRE UK Ltd. is delighted to launch its new ‘Back to You’ returnship programme. Applications are open to people who have taken an extended career break and are looking to return to the workplace.
Career breaks can be taken for any number of reasons: to look after a family, provide elderly care, for health reasons, travel, volunteering, study or simply just to take some time out. We recognise that the journey back can be difficult, and understand the importance of finding a good work-life balance with opportunities for flexible working arrangements.
Our 12-week paid programme is designed to help people that are interested in the property sector to transition back into the work environment. Successful candidates will receive tailored guidance and support, incorporating coaching, mentoring, networking and other learning opportunities. This could include:
- Welcome event to introduce you to CBRE
- Market update presentations
- Line manager to help support and guide you day to day
- Mentor to have regular check-ins throughout the programme
- Technical and soft skills training delivered by our in-house talent and learning team
- Networking opportunities
- Site visit opportunities
- The opportunity to develop new relationships
- The opportunity to broaden your professional networks
You’ll have the chance to make a real impact and contribute to our business with continued support throughout. At the end of the programme there may be an opportunity for a permanent role, depending on the success of the working relationship.
