What we do

CBRE Investors is a global real estate investment management firm with approximately USD$35.7 billion of assets under management as of June 30, 2010. Our mission is to provide real estate investors with exceptional performance, globally.

CBRE Investors sponsors real estate investment programs across the risk/return spectrum for investors worldwide. We are organized into focused operating units that provide direct and indirect investment strategies.

Direct investments operate within:

• The Managed Accounts Group, primarily direct investments for separate accounts in core and core plus strategies
• The Strategic Partners series of closed-end commingled-fund vehicles utilizing value added and opportunistic strategies
• The Capital Partners platform, which originates and invests in real estate debt and real estate-related debt securities.

Indirect investments include a broad focus of core, value added and opportunistic strategies including our Global Multi Manager program, which invests in unlisted property funds, and our Global Real Estate Securities program, which invests in listed real estate securities.

These operating units have dedicated investment teams responsible for executing a single strategy, fund series or account.
