What we do
Architecture and Design works closely with clients to develop interior designs, implement fitting out schemes and organise refurbishment projects in existing buildings.
The team focuses on two areas:
Refurbishment, fitting out and relocation projects
Combining project management with design and contract administration, the team works with CB Richard Ellis' Agency colleagues to provide a coordinated and integrated service. Projects include refurbishments for re-letting, move and churn, fitting out for occupation, and complete relocation packages. We often work closely with CB Richard Ellis' Quantity Surveyors and the Mechanical and Electrical Enginering team to provide a comprehensive service.
Workstyle
The way our clients use and occupy space influences productivity, morale, staff retention and effectiveness. We provide a consultancy based analysis of working practice. This analysis becomes a vital tool for business improvement and for evaluating real estate options.
