Working alongside the CBRE Capital Markets Team, the Auction Team provides a combined 90 years of commercial auction experience which, when combined with CBRE’s network of 11 regional offices around the UK, provides a compelling case for utilising auctions when considering a disposal of any retail, office, industrial, leisure or ground rent investment.

Auctions have become firmly established as one of the most efficient methods of sale and the team specialises in the sale of investments with an individual lot size of up to about £5 million by both auction or private treaty, or a combination of the two and can advise clients as to the best sales strategy for any particular asset.
