Role Description:

Responding to internal and external client requests for market data, analysis and comment;
Preparation of regular market publications;
Provide leading market analysis;
Contribute to “thought leadership” agenda;
Lead and project manage client consultancy projects; and
Present analysis to clients and at conferences

Role Requirements:

Graduate with over 5 years experience in property market research or other research / analysis environment;
Excellent research skills, proven proficiency in data manipulation, analysis and presentation;
Good numeracy and writing skills;
Strong interpersonal skills and organisational skills;
Flexibility and the ability to manage own workload to deadlines;
Excellent IT skills, Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.
Good understanding of housing and residential market; and
Ability to work independently without supervision, but able to work in a team environment.
