London, 25 July 2014 – CBRE, working on behalf of ABP (London) Investment Ltd and its UK Development Manager, Stanhope, has achieved planning approval for the substantial Royal Albert Dock mixed use development. The Strategic Development Control Committee of Newham Council voted unanimously in favour of the transformation of the 15 hectare site on the northern side of the Royal Albert Dock, which is owned by the GLA.
