The 2012 Graduate Scheme Application process is now closed.

Your application journey

Your first step to joining our team is to fill out an application form. If you are applying to our Building Surveying route you must have a RICS accredited degree. If we like what we see, we’ll call you to arrange a convenient time for a telephone interview (the interview will take about 20 minutes).

Then, if you impress us, we’ll ask to meet you in person. You’ll be asked to attend a short face-to-face interview (about half an hour), followed by an assessment centre. Shortly after that, we’ll make our decisions and put offers in the post...

The interview and assessment centre is fun as well as hard work. It’s not just about us deciding if you’re right for us – it’s your chance to decide if we’re right for you. We throw in a tasty lunch, you get to meet current graduates and find out what it’s really like working for us. So just enjoy the day!
